A mate of mine had a very bad experience from buying gold from www.helpwow.com they took his payment 3 weeks ago and untill now he has no gold and looks like he has lost all of his money to these scammers, he has tried to come to some understanding with them but they basically dont want anything to do with him...
I suppose if you are looking at buying gold....do your research.......

Yes for sure do your research...i for one would not buy gold...but there are reputable companys out there that do not give any hassle to their customers...altough i have heard of this company before doing this they should be shutdown...
I suppose if you paid by paypal you could try and file a dispute..your friend may not get their cash back but it might keep paypal looking at this company..

As the previous post said....try paypal, they are fairly good at resolving disputes, if that fails, create another toon them flame the crap out of this company ingame.
It may just give them enough bad publicity into giving your friend their cash or gold back.

When are players going to learn that buying gold is risky but in saying that..I have dealt with this company before and trust me i got burnt big time..

Have done business with them and never again lost my money no gold, they keep saying we will hurry workers, what a joke...

I have had guildies try and do business with this lot...they all got screwed as well..their best comeback is will hurry workers or account was banned or will email or phone you when gold is ready lol....after 7 weeeks they gave up rofl
Do what one of the previous posts said..create a new toon and flame the hell out of them, i would even go as far and say if you have a few spare hours...create a toon on a few high end servers and flame them ingame they will soon get the msg...
